Reaching the conference venue
The conference venue (W Abu Dhabi Hotel – Yas Island) is connected to mainland Abu Dhabi by a bridge and is only a 10 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 15 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi city center.

Participants can also reach the venue by landing at Dubai Airport (DXB) and taking a taxi, which takes approx. 1h to reach W hotel (indicative cost at 80Ε).

Transportation
Getting around Abu Dhabi is easy and taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful. They can be flagged down at the roadside, booked by phone through the TransAD hotline 600 535 353 or via the Abu Dhabi Taxi app available for both iOS and Android platforms.
