The deadline for early registration is April 6, 2024. Register before this date to get discounted rates. Note that at least one of the authors of accepted conference/workshop/poster/demo papers must register for a full conference/workshop/poster/demo fee, respectively, by April 6, 2024.

Registration Rules:
- Each paper in the main conference/workshops/poster-demo-session must have at least one full conference author/workshop/poster-demo registration, respectively, even when presented by a student.
- For authors with more than one paper, a separate registration is needed for each paper.
- Full conference author registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner. IEEE members need to provide evidence of their IEEE membership.
- Each paper in one of the workshops must have at least one workshop author registration. The workshop author registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings (8 pages), admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
- Each paper in the poster/demo session must have at least one poster/demo author registration. A poster/demo registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings, admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
- Full conference non-author registration includes an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
- Up to 2 extra pages in the IEEE Proceedings can be purchased at a cost of 100 USD each. This applies only to regular main event papers and Workshops papers, while short main event papers and poster/demo papers are not allowed to use extra pages.
- Information regarding the Social Event/Dinner will be provided later on. Extra tickets may be bought.
- All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than April 10, 2024. Requests received by April 10, 2024 will receive a refund less a processing fee of 75 USD. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after April 10, 2024. COVID-19 related cancellations and refunds will be handled exceptionally.
- All presenting authors and participants need to register in order to obtain visa invitation letters to attend DCOSS-IoT. Note that the visa letter will NOT be sent automatically; please send an email asking a visa letter, if you need one, to the Registration and Visa Chair Dr. Gabriel Filios (filiosg@ceid.upatras.gr).
