If you require an invitation letter for the purpose of applying for a visitor’s VISA to attend DCOSS 2022, please send an email to the Registrations and VISA Chair Dr. Gabriel Filios (filiosg@ceid.upatras.gr) and indicate your full name, passport ID, post address, affiliation and the paper title (in case you have a paper).

At the VISA (ESTA) application site you may be asked to provide a US-based contact.
You can use “DCOSS 2022 Conference” as the organization and for the address,
you can use the conference venue hotel information (Marina del Rey Marriott Hotel, the details can be found at their website). It suffices to provide their address, no need to identify a contact person.
