Hotel Information

A limited number of hotel rooms (single/double) has been reserved at the conference venue hotel (the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort ) as well as a downtown hotel (Paphos Gardens), at special prices. The rooms will be allocated in a first request first serve basis, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Please note the following:

  • Few days before/after the event can be reserved too
  • Minimum Stay is 2 nights
  • 25% Non-Refundable payment will be taken at the time of booking
  • Balance will be payable 7 nights (one week) prior to arrival
  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will only be charged the 25% non-refundable deposit Cancellations made 7 nights or less, prior to arrival will be charged in full, 100% charge

Coral Beach Hotel & Resort

This is where the conference will be held. The hotel has reserved some rooms specifically for conference guests, at special prices. Room options include:

  • Room with mountain view double with breakfast: €60.00 per person per day
  • Room with mountain view single with breakfast: €105.00 room per day
  • Room with sea view double with breakfast: €70.00 per person per day
  • Room with sea view single with breakfast: €115.00 room per day

Paphos Gardens

Located off the main seaside road of Paphos main town and just one hop off from the beach, the tourist area, shops, evening entertainment and much more, Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort combines self-catering with hotel accommodation, offering all necessary services and a variety of daily activities to suit every guest’s needs. This hotel is 10km away (20 minutes away with taxi) from the conference venue. It is 300m from the beachfront, and the old Castle area is a nice 25 minute’s walk away, along the town’s coastline walking route.

The hotel has reserved some rooms to support the event’s needs:

  • Double room or studio with breakfast: €40.00 per person per day
  • Single room or studio with breakfast: €60.00 per person per day
