To prepare and submit the final version of your accepted paper in the IEEE XPlore Proceedings camera-ready format, one of the authors must create an account in the CPS Author Kit system and carefully follow all the instructions there.

For regular main event papers, a maximum of eight (8) pages (including figures and references) applies; authors may use at most two (2) extra pages, at an overlength charge of 100 USD per page (to be paid together with the online registration fee); any extra pages should not appear as an Appendix but in a continuous layout together with all pages of the paper.

For short main event papers, a maximum of five (5) pages (including figures and references) applies; no extra pages are possible for short papers.

For Poster/Demo papers, a maximum of three (3) pages (including figures and references) applies; no extra pages are possible for poster/demo papers.

For Workshops papers, a maximum of eight (8) pages (including figures and references) applies; authors may use at most two (2) extra pages, at an overlength charge of 100 USD per page (to be paid together with the online registration fee); any extra pages should not appear as an Appendix but in a continuous layout together with all pages of the paper.
