Housing Options
Conference attendees may stay in on-campus housing on the Fordham Rose Hill campus
in Bronx,, New York, or may make reservations at local hotels.
Local Hotels
The options for local hotels in the Bronx area is quite limited. Information on local hotels can be found at this webpage.On Campus Housing
On-campus housing will be provided for attendees of the DCOSS 2018 conference. Housing will be provided in dorms on the Rose Hill campus, 441 East Fordham Road, Bronx NY 10458 , and thus will be co-located with the conference. Each room will be air conditioned, will include a private bathroom and linen service (however toiletries will not be provided). Each room has free WiFi. The cost is $60 per person per day and payment can be made at the conference. There is no discount for double occupancy, so if two people share a room the cost will still be $60 per person. The earliest arrival date for housing will be Sunday June 17, 2018 and the latest departure date will be Wednesday June 20, 2018 (the day after the conference ends). If you want to reserve the room for two people, please provide both names (but again note that there is no discount for sharing a room). Once we receive your email we will send you a confirmation and provide you with additional information, including information about the check-in process. Please notify us if any guest will be under 18 years of age.
