DCOSS 2020 is kindly supported by the following organisations:

  • IoTLab

The IoT-Lab focuses on the design, analysis and implementation of efficient algorithms, systems, applications and testbeds for Wireless Sensor Networks and the Internet of Things. Some recent trends include wireless power transfer in IoT systems, crowdsourcing and crowdsensing via mobile sensors, smartphones and wearables, privacy and trust, activity recognition in IoT systems via machine learning applications. Specific applications developed include: smart health, especially tracing allergy via combining ambient sensors and smart wearables, energy efficient buildings via IoT technology, data management and energy efficiency in smart industries, monitoring and revitalising smart photovoltaic parks

  • IEEE

IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. As the world’s top member organization dedicated to computer science and technology, the IEEE Computer Society advances the theory, practice, and application of computer and information-processing science and technology, as well as the professional standing of its members.

The TC on Parallel Processing (TCPP) acts as an international forum to promote parallel processing research and education, and participates in setting up technical standards in this area.
